General Policy
All products and services offered by International Innovation & Ideal Virtual Platform LLC (IIIVP) are professional-grade digital deliverables. Because access and delivery are granted immediately upon successful payment, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms outlined below.
One-Time Digital Products & Tools
One-time purchases grant immediate and permanent access to the purchased product or feature upon payment.
- Refunds are not available once access has been granted and the product has been used
- If a technical failure prevents access after payment, contact us within 7 days
- Verified technical issues will be resolved or a full refund will be issued
Subscription Services
Subscription services auto-renew on the selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will occur
- Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of a charge are eligible for a full refund
- Refund requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible as access was provided

Courses & Professional Programs
Refund eligibility for courses and training programs depends on the specific program purchased.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are not available if more than 20% of course content has been accessed
- Refund terms for custom or corporate programs are defined in the service agreement
Specific refund terms for each course or program are stated on the respective product page at the time of purchase.
Software & Development Services
For bespoke software, web development, and consulting services, refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement or statement of work signed prior to project commencement. Generally:
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery
- Undelivered work is eligible for a proportional refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Services or digital products that have been fully delivered and accessed
- Subscription periods already consumed
- Custom work that has been approved and delivered
- Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at info@iiivp.com with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Service or product purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Payment Processors
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your financial institution.
